In this tutorial we will guide you how to setup / configure signature in Microsoft Outlook 2007.


Step 1: Open Outlook application.

Step 2: Go to Tools menu -> Options.

Step 3: In Options, Go to -> Mail Format tab.

Step 4: Under Signatures section -> Click on Signatures…

Step 5: In E-mail signature tab, under Edit Signature Update the Signature details as required

Step 6: Click Ok -> Apply -> Ok


You should now have a pretty good idea on how to update or change signature in Outlook.
