Cause:

Weblogic File stores are configured in NAS drive, which is not available due to network issue/ Active Directory issue.

Due to this Weblogic servers status changed to FAILED state.

Workaround:

Configure Weblogic Filestores in local drive (SAN), SHUTDOWN the servers which are in FAILED state and start servers.

Solution:

Contact Network team for fixing this issue, once NAS is available SHUTDOWN the servers which are in FAILED state and start servers.
